Windows 7 Starter: change background image
There are several ways and Tools to change the background image in the Windows 7 Starter version. These instructions work, however, by far the easiest.
- Download the Tool Oceanis Change Background W7 from the website of the manufacturer down. Please scroll down to find the Download Button.
- You start the EXE file and wait until the Installation is complete. You will then need to restart the PC, and the program re-open.
- Click on the Button "Browse" and select the path of the desired image.
- Click on the image again and confirm your selection via the Button "save Changes". The background image is now changed.
