Windows 10: offline maps save - so it goes

You want to have access to the maps App in Windows 10 also, offline, you can save the desired maps. We will show you how to do this.

  1. Open the Start menu of Windows 10, and select the "settings" via the Gear icon.
  2. In the category of "Apps" in the left, switch to the "Offline maps".
  3. At the top, click "download maps" and select the desired continent and country.
  4. Then the map is stored offline. In the maps App, it is available from now on, even without an Internet connection for retrieval.
