Solution: Ended the Explorer process and restart
- You can open the Task Manager using the key combination [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Del].
- Next you need to click in Task Manager on "file" and then select "run New Task".
- Here you can enter the command "explorer.exe" (without the quotation marks) and confirm via the "OK"Button.
- Now the task appears bar again and you can open folders and files as usual.
