1. Signature with image create
- Click in the menu of Outlook, click "tools" > "options".
- Select the tab "Mail Format" > "signatures".
- In the next window, you will need to create the "New" Button to select a new signature.
- In the right part of the window, you can now select which email Account the signature should be associated.
- Then click in the text box, and then click the image Icon. This is located to the right of the text box.
- From the next window, select the desired picture file and confirm with "OK".
- Now add a signature with your Name, address, telephone number, etc. and then save with a click on "OK".

2. New E-Mail signature with image
To the just created signature to use in an E-Mail, proceed as follows:
- You create as usual a new E-Mail.
- Select the top right of the menu, the stored signature toolbar, click on "signatures".
- This now appears at the end of your message. Finally, select "Send" to send the E-Mail.
