The location of the Outlook-signatures open
- Simultaneously press the keys [Windows] and [R], so that the command "Run" will open.
- Enter "%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures" without the quotes.
- Click on the "OK" Button, open the folder with the Outlook signatures.
- Typically, a signature consists of three files and a folder. You simply copy all data with the same name.
- Multiple signatures are in the folder, then you have to open one of the TXT files. There you will find the pure Text of the signature.
- Note: Insert the signature on a different Computer in the same folder, you can use this in Outlook. You end previously but Outlook, to avoid problems.
