The characters table in Windows 7
In Windows 7 you can find the table of characters in two different ways:
- Click "Start," "All programs," "accessories," "system tools", "character table".
- Alternatively, you can type "charmap" in the search box in the start menu.

The following method works on all Windows operating systems, including Windows 8 and Windows XP:
- Press the key combination [Windows] + [R] to open the "Run"window.
- Type "charmap" in the appearing window.
