The on-screen keyboard in Windows 7 can be in a number of cases, very useful: either as a protection against Keylogger with sensitive passwords, or as input means for a touch screen.

Windows hides the on-screen keyboard, behind some sub-menus:
  • Open the start menu, click: All programs > accessories > Ease of access > on-screen keyboard.
  • Alternatively, you can type "osk" in the search box of the start menu or the "Run"window that you can open with [Windows] + [R].
