The MSI Super Charger program comes from Taiwan
The Asian software measures the current in the computer and is intended to ensure the correct current and voltage for devices that are charged via USB . The current is indicated on the power supply in amperes and the voltage in volts.
- You can check whether the MSI Super Charger process is active using the Windows Task Manager. You can access this with the key combination [Ctrl] + [Alt] + [Ent] , pressing all three keys at the same time.
- If you connect a device to the USB charging socket on your computer, MSI Super Charger analyzes the power requirement and intervenes in the charging circuit.
- The developers goal is to ensure that every connected electrical device is supplied with exactly the electrical impulses it needs for battery-friendly charging.
- Smartphones require a lower voltage than Tablet PCs or portable consoles, digital cameras, MP3 players and many other small electrical devices can be conveniently charged via the USB port on your computer.
- Opinions differ as to whether MSI Super Charger is even needed to quickly charge connected USB devices or not. It is not a Microsoft utility for Windows.
- If the running process of MSI Super Charger causes system failures or other problems in the system, you can simply deactivate it and charge your devices via USB as usual.
