A user account in Windows XP has Administrator rights, the Administrator account is the login screen invisible. You can access any of these accounts, you need to make the Admin account visible.

The Administrator account appears

In order to make the Administrator account visible again, there are two possibilities: Either you use the key combination or boot into safe mode.
