With Acrobat XI Pro, you can PDFs to compare:

Download Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, download and install the program.
Select in the toolbar in the "display" and then click "compare documents".
Locate the two PDF documents that you want to compare. The program compares the files then. Finally, the differences between the two PDF will be displayed to you versions.
