Adobe: Index for a PDF file, create

With Adobe Acrobat, you can create an Index for your PDF documents. So, you can find certain Posts in large documents faster.

Index for PDFs with Adobe create

  1. Open the desired document in Adobe Acrobat.
  2. Top right, click on "tools".
  3. Select "document processing".
  4. Click on "Embedded Index manage".
  5. Then click in the dialog box "Embedded Index management" "Index embedding".
  6. In the displayed window select "OK".
Caution: The Index is one of the Pro features of Adobe Acrobat. As you PDFs for keywords in the browse, we will explain in a further practical tip.
