Origin: security question forget
- Open the help web page from EA and give them as product "Origin" one.
- The bottom right, click on "Continue" and choose your platform. Then confirm again with "Next".
- Select the topic "account security" and write it as Text in a nutshell, that you have forgotten your security question (see image).
- You are not logged in yet, you need to do that now. Then your request will be sent to EA.
- In General, the customer service logs after a few hours to days. You will then be asked to confirm your identity, so you can change your security question.
- Note: you do not Want to wait long for the solution to your problem, you can contact the customer service directly under the 0221 37050193. You pay for the call only your usual fixed fee.
