Steam: security question forget
- Open the website of the Steam Support and make you whole down the language to German.
- You need a Support Account. This is not the same as your Steam Account and must be separately created. Click on the Button "Support" - "create Account".
- You have registered successfully and the email is confirmed, you can login with your Support Account.
- Select the request as the product of "Steam" and as a category of "account problems" as well as "Account disabled".
- You write in the question, in a nutshell, you have forgotten the security question and its answer.
- Then click on the Button "ask a question submit", we will send out the request.
- In General, you will be contacted in the next few hours to days from the Support. For this you need to confirm your identity, so you can choose a new security question.
