Hard drive with Knoppix format
Under Windows, Mac OS, Linux and co. you can format all partitions on a hard disk, but not the hard disk that the operating system is currently running. You can install Knoppix on a CD or a USB Stick, you can format all partitions.
- To do this, start Knoppix and open the bottom-left of the Start menu.
- In the category of "settings" you can now find the program "GParted".
- First of all, select the top right of the desired hard drive.
- Here, you can now select all of the desired partitions via right-click and "Delete".
- Also, right-click, you can put multiple partitions on "resize/move" as and when required.
