Volume in Audacity to adjust individually
- Start the program and open the recording in Audacity.
- To the right of the record Button you find the "Envelope tool", symbolized by the two triangles.
- Click on the Button and move the mouse over the audio track. The Cursor has now turned into the triangles.
- Press and hold the track at a desired location with the left mouse button and move up, down, left, or right, depending on how you want to change the volume.
