Hard Reset Surface Pro 3 reset
- Start the Surface Pro 3 and open the Start menu from the Windows icon.
- Tap on "settings" and select the category "Update-security".
- Go to the left for "restore" and then select the entry in the "This PC".
- You have kept the choice between "Own files", "delete All" (including the driver) or the "restore factory settings".
- The process is started, it will take up to 30 minutes, until the Surface has set Pro 3 back.
