- Best practice is to use the block online at the O2-Login. Here, you can lock your SIM card directly by clicking the mouse against a fee of 5 Euro.
- You have forgotten your password for Online access, you just call the customer Hotline. Under the number 0176 888 55 282 you can leave the block for a fee of 9,99 Euro.
