YouTube-embed Videos in Word - so go ahead
- First, click the top of the Word menu on the "Insert" tab .
- There you select the "Online Video".
- Now you can search with either Microsoft's own search engine Bing, a Video or directly a Embed Code from YouTube paste. At the bottom of the Pop-Up window, there is a direct YouTube search, you can use practically.
- If you know the exact name of the searched Videos on YouTube, you should mark it with quotation marks to narrow the search.
- A list of YouTube Videos appears. Double-click to only select the desired Video, but paste it in your Word document. Alternatively, the bottom right, click on "Insert".
- If you are not sure, you can watch the Video in the Search window as a preview.

- In your Word document, the Video appears as a still image.
- Over the small icon next to the Video you still have the possibility to change the text wrapping by different "layout options".
- With the Tool "Crop" in the tab "Format" to change the appearance of your embedded Videos as well as a graph and can, for example, remove the black Block edges.
