In Excel, you can reduce the size of the catchment at certain intervals and zoom in, in order to improve the Clarity of their tables. Our guide will show you how this works.

In Excel, you can determine in a few steps, the size of the feeder:
  1. Select the cell(s) whose feed you want to shrink
  2. You right click to open the context menu and select "cell format...". Alternatively, you can use the key combination [Ctrl] + [1].
  3. Click on the Tab "alignment".
  4. Under text alignment, "left (indent)".
  5. Enter in the adjacent "feeder"field is an integer between 1 (no feeder) and 15 (maximum feed).
  6. In order to change a right-aligned text, select text orientation "to the Right (indent)" and enter the desired value.
  7. Confirm with "OK".
