Three sets with Excel solve
- In Excel, click a cell in which you want to display the result. Type in your three sentence formula, as an example, "=A1*B1/C1".
- If you then press the enter button, still no result. The cells A1, B1 and C1 are not filled yet.
- Enter in the respective cells of the values. For example, imagine the following rule of three: Three programmers need to program 24 hours. How long five programmers need?
- To solve this task, enter in A1 the value 3 and in B1 24. In C1 enter the value 5.
- In the cell with the formula will now display the result.
