With Mac OS X, you can very quickly create your signature and, therefore, such as PDF documents signing. How this works, you will learn in this guide.

Mac OS X: the signature to the preview - so it goes

  • Open the PDF or the image that you want to sign in to the Mac OS X preview.
  • Go to the "settings" menu, the "preview" and go to the tab "signature". Click on "create signature".
  • You are putting your signature on a white sheet of paper. Best to use a black felt-tip pen or a ball-point pen is suitable. Hold the sheet in front of your Mac's iSight camera and position the signature on the blue line. Click on "Accept" as soon as the signature is properly seated.
  • You put the check mark in "This signature for later use save before Preview is finished", is stored in the signature. You do not need to create so each time.
In the next practical tip we show you how to on Mac OS X PDF merge documents.
