Mac OS X Mavericks: calendar to print - how to

If you want to have your Mac calendar on paper, you can print it on OS X Mavericks. In this practice tip, you know how this works.

Under Mac OS X Mavericks calendar print

  1. You start the calendar from the Dock. Otherwise, you can find it via the Spotlight search in the top right with the keyword "calendar".
  2. The open calendar, select top in the system bar next to the Apple Logo and "file" and "Print ...".
  3. Now the print menu will appear for the calendar (see image). Here you can define the paper format and the display. In addition, you can define under "the period" the area you want to print.
  4. Under "options" you can set also the size of the text, determine the scope of events and if the calendar legend on the paper.
