- You have only forgotten your password, know, with what E-Mail address you are logged in, you can call in the Browser the page of the customer center on.
- Enter your E-Mail address. In the "Personal data" you can enter either your last name, date of birth, the IBAN or the activation code.
- In the case of "contract data", you have the choice between your customer number or smart card number.
- The information, you agree to receive after sending an E-Mail with a confirmation link for your new password.
