Wi-Fi guest access at Unitymedia set up
- Open first the Router menu of Unitymedia and log in with your password. Note that you must be already in the Wi-Fi network. You can find the password on the bottom of the Router next to the "Settings password".
- In the left menu, then click "Advanced settings" and then select "Wi-Fi" (see image).
- Then you need to select "guest network" and put right next to it a checkbox "Enable guest network"
- Now you need to enter in the next field, the name of the Wi-Fi network and security type choose. We recommend you to use "WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK".
- Finally, you need to enter a secure password. The must consist of at least 8 characters, Uppercase and lowercase letters as well as Numbers. We show how a secure password to build and how to remember the combination can.
- After you have entered the password, click on "apply Changes".
