Passenger rights: you will receive your money back in case of a delay
- When you travel by train often delays can occur. This you can, at least partially, according to law reimburse.
- In the event of delays of 60 minutes, you get back 25% of the ticket price from 120 minutes, there are already 50%.
- The ICE Sprinter will be refunded for delays of 30 minutes.
- A refund claim, fill this form out and leave it by the conductors or the DB Info stamped.
- Add your ticket (or a copy of this, if you have a time card) and send the documents to: service center passenger rights, 60647 Frankfurt/Main
- Please note that the examination of documents can take up to a month.
- Note: refund amounts under EUR 4 will not be paid.
