O2 DSL: Check whether the fault exists with the provider

O2 DSL fault - what to do?
Router and Browser as possible causes
You have excluded that in the case of O2 itself, there is a fault, you can go to the further search for the cause.
- Check the lights on your Router. Check whether the display for DSL lights permanently or flashes.
- Disconnect the switched-on Router for a couple of minutes from the power. Often it's a DSL Problem fixed. They also examine the cable connections from the Router to the sources of error.
- The fault persists, check the firewall settings on your PC. This can often cause problems with the Internet connection. Turn off the Firewall in the short term, and test if the DSL Problem is fixed now.
- A further source of error may be the Browser. Try, therefore, whether the disorder occurs with other Browser also. This is not the case, you should reset your Browser back.
