Internet Kaspersky blocked to find out the cause
You should first find out the cause of why you currently have no Internet:
- First of all, you need to disable Kaspersky temporarily. To do this, click with the right mouse button on the "K" in the taskbar and choose "pause protection...". Then, you can select how long the protection will be paused.
- Now you can use any Browser to open to check whether you have Internet connection.
- This is not the case, make sure that you will appear in the bottom right of the taskbar, to have an active Internet connection bar.
- In the control panel, see the "network and sharing center" for further assistance. There you can left-click on "Diagnose and repair" to check the connection.
- Generally speaking, you should make sure that you are connected to the correct Wi-Fi network, or if the LAN connector is firmly locked in place.

With the following instructions, should Kaspersky block your Internet.
- Disable Kaspersky again as in step 1 above.
- Then open the "Security Center" Kaspersky.
- Click on the "storage" and then right-click on the entry for "Updates".
- In the context menu, select the Option "All tasks" and then "Update-memory empty".
- Then perform an Update. You can do this in the main menu under "Update" > "Update" run.
- Then, turn on the protection again by clicking again on the "K" in the task bar with the right mouse button. Here you can select the Option to "resume protection".
