Kaspersky: databases are corrupted - what to do?

  • Start Kaspersky, right click on the Update tile and confirm the operation with "Update". Kaspersky installed the latest Updates. In many cases, the Problem is fixed already.
  • This helps nothing, search the bottom right in the task bar after the Kaspersky icon. Click on it with the right mouse button and choose the Option "Quit". Start the Software, then restart and run again for an Update.

  1. Download free Kaspersky Lab Products Remover download and start the Tool.
  2. Enter the displayed Code, and then confirm the Delete operation by using the Button"".
  3. Now Kaspersky is completely removed. Download then the latest Version of Kaspersky and install it again.
