Google Maps: altitude meter for cyclists view
Are you planning a bike ride, you can Google Maps the height differences on your Route map:
- To do this, type in Google Maps the Start and destination of your Route.
- Select the directions "With the bike".
- Then you will see automatically on a graph, the height differences of your Route.
- Often Google Maps suggests several routes. The blue Route is the one currently selected.
- Click on a grey Route, where the altitude display. You drag individual points to your Route with the mouse to a different location, you can alter the Route as desired.
