Several free mail accounts on Outlook to manage
Your e-Mail Accounts, such as Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, web.de or GMX together to manage, you need a Mail program such as Outlook or Thunderbird. In this example, we use Outlook, the basic procedure is the Same.
- Open Outlook and click at the top of the menu bar item "tools". From there you can select the "account settings".
- A new window will open. Click on the Button "New".
- You just place the hook in front of the item "server settings or additional server types manually configure" and click "Next".
- You have the Option "Internet E-Mail" is activated, the Mails via POP or IMAP receiving Server.
- Now you can specify all the necessary data to your account. First, under the "user information" your Name and your E-Mail address (see image).

- Under the "logon information" you need to re-enter your E-Mail address and password.
- Now click the bottom right Button "More settings" and go to the tab "outgoing mail server". Activate the checkbox in front of the point "my outgoing server requires authentication" and click "OK".
- Via the Button "test account settings" you can check your information for accuracy. It is connected to the account and a Test Mail will be sent.
- Finally, click on the Button "Next" and "finish". This procedure can now repeat for your other accounts.
