What is the meaning of USB?
The abbreviation USB stands for "Universal Serial Bus". It is, therefore, a so-called serial Bus System, via the external devices to the PC can shoot.
- A bus system is in computer technology, a System for data transmission. The special feature here is that the participants use a common Transmission path.
- The serial bus system, the individual Bits are transmitted one after the other. Each Bit contains a part of the information, i.e. the data to be transferred.
