Synology: you are not allowed to use this service - behind the message
The operating system DiskStation Manager (DSM), the Synology NAS allows normally not have access of a User over multiple IP addresses. You have used, for example, a VPN service or still connected to another device, you receive an error message and can no longer log in first.
- Delete in the first step your browser cache and start a new Login attempt.
- Try a different Browser to log in. If Firefox doesn't work, you can often still access via Chrome or Edge to get.
- If you have QuickConnect enabled, test whether this URL on your NAS dial-in can.
- Once you have regained access to the DiskStation Manager, navigate to the "system control" > "security".
- Put a check in the "browser compatibility by skipping IP checking will improve". To Save the setting, click "Apply".
- Should these tips not be able to restore access to the NAS operating system to receive, please contact Synology customer service.
