Printer sharing in the network set up
First of all, you must have the control panel a printer share set up:
- Open the control panel and switch to the "network and sharing center".
- On the left, select the Option "Advanced sharing".
- Here, click on the down arrow to expand the current network profile.
- You will now have to, under "file and printer sharing" Option in the "file and printer sharing" select the printer is shared on the network (see image).
- Save with a click on "save Changes".

Printer: Specific users
- Click "Start" and select "devices and printers".
- Click here with the right mouse button on the printer you want to share and select "properties".
- Then go to the tab "security".
- Here you can add click on "Add" user that the printer want to give.
