Saeco Incanto de-scaling: a step-by-step instructions

Before your Saeco Incanto espresso machine descale the machine, you should make some preparations:

• Descaling the Saeco Incanto requires approximately 30 minutes and consists of two operations: First, the machine is descaled and then flushed.
• When you start Descaling, should not be used to cancel the operation. Please take your time.
• Use the descaling solution CA7600 or CA6701 from Saeco or Philipps.
• Remove residues in the drip tray and you take a small container on Hand to drip to catch the water.
• If you have used an accessory, such as a water filter, or milk Frother, remove it before descaling the Seaco Incanto.

Our guide refers to the Incanto models HD8911 to HD8922. Your machine is not the appropriate model, take a look at the manual.

1. Make sure that you have made all the preparations and with the Descaling the Saeco Incanto can begin. First press the menu.
2. Confirm each entry with the OK button and scroll to "CALC > CLEAN". If necessary, follow the instructions on the Display of the machine.
3. Fill in the contents of the Entkalkungslösers in the water tank.
4. Then you look at the Tank, the "Calc Clean line". They complement the contents up to the line with tap water.
5. Now put the Tank back in the Incanto and a collecting bowl under the machine.
6. Press the OK button to Descale the machine to start. This cycle will last 20 minutes and you can see the progress on the Display.
7. If the water tank is empty and the Descaling is completed, fill the water tank up to the maximum acquisition volume with tap water.
8. You put the tank back in the machine and press the "OK" button the Incanto can start with the flush.
9. Once everything is ready, the Display will show "CALC CLEAN OK". This is not displayed, fill the water tank again with tap water and repeat the rinsing process.
10. When you finish, press "OK". The machine after rinse again automatically.
