Restore points delete Windows
- Open the start menu and type "disk cleanup" into the search field. Then start the same-named program.
- Disk cleanup will scan your PC now for Error Dumps, temporary files, and more. You may need to specify beforehand the drive that you want to examine. In most cases, this corresponds to the letter "C:". After the Scan is complete, it will open a program (see Screenshot).
- Press on the second tab "More options". There you will find the Überpunkt "system restore and shadow copies". Here you click on "clean up" and confirm the next query by "Delete".
- Now you need to connect the disk cleanup by clicking the Button "OK" and the process "delete files" to start. So you remove all but the last restore point.
