So it works: Windows hard drive in EXT3 format
Note that when Formatting, all data will be lost on your hard drive.
- Download the free Tool "GParted Live" on your PC and install it.
- Then start the program.
- After you have set up the Tool successfully, look for the hard drive you want to format, and click with the right mouse button.
- In the context menu select "Format to" and "Format" and then select "EXT3". With a click on "Apply", you will format the desired hard drive in EXT3. .
