Windows 8: the Missing Icon in the Apps view, then add it back again
- You go to the Apps view and click the right mouse button on an empty spot on the surface (i.e. not on an Icon).
- It is the Icon "All Apps will appear in the bottom right". Click on this Icon.
- There is a total view of all Apps opens. There you will find your missing Icon (e.g. the Desktop Icon). Click with the right mouse button on the desired Icon.
- Now appears to be "pin To Start" in the bottom left of the view. You click on it.
- You can now find their once-missing Icon in Apps view. The App was added back. On the basis of the sliding bar in the Apps view go to the far right. There you will find your re-added Icon. Drag it to the desired location.
