  8. In the following window, you may want to the network profiles wählenn apply to this rule, e.g. in public networks. You can leave the check mark in all networks, so the rule will be executed in all networks. Click again on "Next".
  9. In the window "Windows Firewall with advanced security", you will find you have created a rule, now at the very top.
