Task bar disappeared: Registry-delete entry

None of the above approaches should lead to success, the Problem lies a little deeper. But also, there is a solution:

  1. Simultaneously press the keys [Windows] and [R], so the command "Run" will open. Type in there "regedit" and confirm with "OK".
  2. The registry Editor will now be open. There you need to delete an entry, you should first make a backup of the Registry. How this works, read here.
  3. Then navigate on the left-hand side to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/StuckRects2.
  4. Click with the right mouse button on "Settings" and select the Option "Delete". Confirm with "Yes" and restart your Computer. The entry is created again and the taskbar should be back.
