Windows: format SD card
- Simultaneously press the keys "Windows" and "E", so that the Explorer opens.
- At the bottom of the window you will see the SD card. You right-click on this and select the Option "Format".
- You have no special requirements, click below on the Button "restore Device defaults".
- Since most of the SD cards in Digital cameras used, you should choose above, the Format to be "FAT32". This is not available, select "FAT".
- Enable the Option "quick format" and click on the Button below "Start".
- Confirm with "OK", you will format the SD card. The process is complete, exit the window with "OK" and "Close".
