
What else you can do
If the error persists despite the above solutions, use the Windows troubleshooter.
- To access this, open the settings and click on "Update & Security".
- Click on the "Troubleshooting" tab. Under "Windows Update" select "Run the troubleshooter". The system will now attempt to identify and correct the error.
- If this doesnt help either, you should reinstall Windows 10 . This can be done, for example, via in-place upgrade .
