System control commands move to the start menu
- To do this, open "Start | control panel".
- Select "display" to either "Small icons" or "Large icons".
- Then click on a desired command, such as "Sound" or "power options" and drag the Icon while holding down the left mouse button in the start menu or on the Start Button. There is a message "Pin to the start menu appears briefly".
- Repeat this procedure for the other required commands.
