"A disk read error occurred" - this can help
Unfortunately, there is a still quite unexplored issue. It is never exactly sure what happened with the Computer and what exactly to do. The following solutions have already helped many users.
- A place, if available, the installation CD of Windows. This is not, we can help you with this guide.
- You have started the CD, select the "repair your Computer" and wait a Moment.
- Then, select the "restore tools" for the "command prompt".
- Enter the command "bootrec/fixmbr" and confirm with the "Enter"key.
- Wait until the process is complete, and repeat the steps with the commands "bootrec/fixboot" and "bootrec/rebuildbcd". These are the boot sectors of your hard disk to build new. Data will not be deleted.
- You close the window and restart your Computer. If the Problem persists, repeat the instructions using the command "fixboot c:".
