Sky youth protection-forget to Pin these options you have
- When you receive your documents from Sky, you will automatically be dealt a parental control PIN. You forget the parental control PIN later, see you in the Sky Write on the grey scratch area.
- You have the Option to change your assigned PIN. You forget the modified parental control PIN for later, or you no longer have the Sky-Writing, you can contact the Service Hotline of Sky. There you will receive a new parental control PIN.
- The Service Hotline of Sky is available around the clock at a paid phone number 0180-6 11 00 00.
