With Gimp XCF to JPG so it works
Do you have a picture that Gimp was created and saved, it is usually in the XCF Format. Since you are not able to open this Format with any program, you need to reformat it first, for example, in the common JPG Format.
- You can open the XCF file in Gimp. If you the image editing program is not yet installed, you can use the Software as a free download.
- You go in the menu "file" to "Export as".
- Enter as the file extension in the top line ".jpg" and click "Export". In the next window, you can enter the memory options, and after that, the image is in JPG Format.
