Step 1: T-Online account for Windows prepare 10 Mail
Unlike most Mail-providers, you can connect your T-Online account directly with third-party programs, such as the Mail App in Windows 10. Instead, you must first set a separate password.
- Login to the T-Online website in your E-Mail account.
- In the Mail Center, click "menu" on the entry "settings".
- Then, you set the "passwords" E-Mail password. This can match either with your normal password, or a different state of being.
- Save your Changes and close the Browser.

- To do this, click on the bottom left on the Windows icon and start the application "Mail".
- If you already have a Outlook account logged in, then the corresponding T-Online account as shown here. Click on it, the setup is complete already. This is not the case, click on "add account".
- In the selection menu, choose the entry "Other account".
- Now enter your E-Mail address, as well as your previously established password, and then click on the "Log in".
