Click on the top left in the menu bar on "edit" and select the category "Changes". Here you will find the following options:
  • Record: Activate the Option "Record", will be documented from now on all Changes.
  • Protect records: So that no one can go unnoticed change something, you should protect the recording with a password. Only with the help of the password, the recording can then stop.
  • View: this Option allows you to highlight the Changes in Text color or hide.
  • Accept or reject: Here, you can accept a request every single Change, or reject it. You also have the option of all the Changes at once to process.
  • Comment: Highlight the desired area in the Text, you can leave a comment for all readers.
