Thunderbird: the password to read - so it works

In this practical tip we will explain how you can read in the program Thunderbird your password. You need no additional Tool. In the settings of the program, you can display the passwords of your E-Mail accounts.

Thunderbird: passwords in the show program

  1. To do this, click in the menu bar on "Extras".
  2. Select in the menu open the "settings".
  3. Click on the tab "security".
  4. At this point, click on the Button "Saved passwords" and then in the new window, right below the "show passwords".
  5. Then confirm via "Yes" and your passwords are displayed.
