Steam Account unlock - how it works
A locked Account means that you do not lose all your games and gamesaves. Often, you can unlock the Account after a short period of time.
- You may wish to contact the Steam Support and ask them the reason for the closure.
- The Support logs usually rapidly, however you should allow a certain amount of waiting time and Steam not several times a cover letter.
- Once you know the reason, check to see if you can fix the Problem yourself (for example, in the case of non transferred payments).
- If you can't fix the reason, contact Support again and explain your view of the situation. The offence is not too serious, shows Steam mostly clear and reactivated the Account again.
- In the case of a serious breach of the terms and conditions of use, you have no chance of your money for games purchased reclaim. With the confirmation of the terms and conditions you transfer Steam the right to terminate your Account and all your games in case of a breach.
