Exclamation mark in front of iTunes songs so you can fix the error
You have deleted a Song or moved to another location, iTunes will not be able to find him without your help. Are you looking for the Song on your hard drive or in the recycle bin.
- Then, double-click on the Song it opens a small window.
- Here, click on the "browse" Button and navigate to the new location of the music.
- Select the Song and click on the "Open" Button. Then iTunes recognizes the song again and the exclamation mark is gone.
- Note: Is missing a whole Album or a whole folder, iTunes asks you to step 3, whether it's for the other Songs in the same folder to be searched. So you can save yourself a lot of work.
